Born in 1991, Tamar grew up in Beit Itzhak, Israel, and studied dance at the Ben-Gurion high school at the Ruppin Academic Center. She continued her training at the Bikurey Ha’Itim dance program directed by Naomi Perlov and Ofir Dagan and was awarded a scholarship from the San Francisco Academy of Ballet. Following her military service as an outstanding dancer she joined the Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company for 4 years (2011-2015), there she co-created the duet piece "Pishpesh" with Eyal Dadon, 1st prize winner of the 2015 International Choreography Competition in Hannover, Germany. In 2015-2018, Tamar danced in the Vertigo Dance Company in Jerusalem, Israel.

Since 2015, Tamar continued to work as a choreographer assistant and a Rehearsal Director for "SALE", "DU-K", "TOML", "ALGO", "George 2.2” by Eyal Dadon with SOL Dance Company. Today, alongside her work with Dadon in the frame of SOL and out of it, Tamar is working and using as a Graphic Designer, her work can be seen in the last piece of the company "GEORGE 2.2".
